Angelo Tomasello - President of The Locke Group, Mr. Tomasello joined Locke in 1998. His primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of acquisition activity including supervising acquisition personnel, setting procedures, negotiating contracts, facilitating the formation of Joint Ventures, and identifying new business opportunities. Mr. Tomasello has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Buffalo and has completed the majority of its M.B.A. program. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. His involvement in the self-storage industry began while working for Ernst & Young, LLP as a consultant to Sovran. Specifically, he assisted in Sovrans transition from a privately held company to a publicly traded entity in 1995. He later joined Sovran in 1996 and served as an acquisition officer, overseeing over $200 million of acquisitions. He is the architect of the tax advantaged joint venture program developed for REITS.
Mr. Tomasello is also a co-founder and principal of 22nd Century Limited, LLC, a plant biotech firm which funds research and licenses products and applications. The companys activities include identifying market needs and applications, funding research, licensing products and collecting royalties. Formed in 1998, the company owns or has exclusive worldwide licenses to several processes with patents pending in over 120 countries. |

C. Anthony Rider - Chief Financial Officer. Tonys involvement with the Self Storage industry began in 1994 in connection with his role as the audit partner in charge of Ernst & Youngs engagements related to the initial public offering of Sovran Self Storage. In 2000, after a 27 year career with Ernst and Young that was extensively focused on capital formation and mergers and acquisitions, he became the CFO of Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ) and was engaged as a consultant to The Locke Group. In May of 2007 he joined The Locke Group full time as its CFO. Tony is a CPA and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs.
Mr. Rider is recognized as an expert in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He recently appeared as a panelist for Bank of America and the Florida Self Storage Association regarding the credit crises impact on corporate finance and real estate transactions. | Peter Weimer - Acquisition Officer. Mr. Weimer began his association with Locke in August 1999. His responsibilities are to search for, identify, and negotiate the acquisition of self-storage facilities. In 2007 Peter was our lead acquisition officer on an $80 million portfolio with 14 locations in Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. Mr. Weimer brings sales and financial expertise from his previous employment as a regional sales representative for Meer Dental, and as a mortgage originator for M&T Mortgage Company. He is a 1990 graduate of Canisius College where he earned a B.S. in Business Management. |

| Jonathan Attea - Acquisition Officer. Mr. Attea began his association with Locke in July 2000. Primary responsibilities are to search for, identify, and negotiate the acquisition of self-storage facilities, and to identify potential Joint Venture equity contributors. Mr. Attea graduated from John Carroll University with a dual major in Philosophy and Economics in May 2000. He began working for Locke Group in June 2000. Mr. Attea brings real estate and self-storage experience from internships at Sovran Self Storage and Iskalo Development Corporation of Buffalo, NY. |

Russell Miller - Acquisition Officer Dallas, Texas. Mr. Miller began his association with Locke in 1997. His primary responsibilities are to search for and identify properties for acquisition and development. Mr. Miller will underwrite the target properties for investors and work with all parties to reconcile the value gap that typically exists in the early stages of discussions. Since 1980 his career has focused within the real estate industry, beginning with an independent commercial brokerage practice with a large regional firm. He left in 1984 to become president of Miller Gardner Companies, a full service real estate investment and brokerage firm. In 1990, Mr. Miller became the southwest region's Department Head of real estate operations with the Resolution Trust Corporation. In 1996, he established a partnership with Cornerstone Development to develop and manage self-storage facilities. He is a Texas licensed real estate broker.
